how to make report for devices up and down events?

in the reporting section of solarwinds there is only a report for down event for devices but the problem it doesn't show when it came up? please how can i make a report that shows both up and down events for devices during a period of time?

Here is a place to start. SELECT TOP 1000 EventTime, Message, EventID, EventType FROM Orion.Events Where EventType LIKE '5000' or EventType LIKE '5001' Order by EventTime DESC
