Perfstack Real-time Polling Greyed Out

Using NPM/SAM 2020.02.1 and agent 2.4.1.2023 on my Windows 2016 VMs. When running perfstack none of the metricss show the ricket icon and hence real-time polling link is disabled. Why would this be?

So I logged to support in October 2020 as was informed it was a bug and would be addressed in the 'next' release, I'm on 2020.04 and no sign of it implemented

Real-time polling is not available for agent polling, only ICMP, SNMP and WMI, that's why it shows greyed out

So support and the release notes are wrong? Support just indicated they have it working on Windows 2019 agents. I will update with their feedback.

So I'm told by support this is resolved in 2020.2.6 HF1 . The issue is if you have any down-level agents (7.x) registered with NPM. They show in the ServiceDirectoryEntries table and if there is even one RTP for agents will not be available. Solution is to upgrade to 2020.2.6 HF1 or upgrade all agents.
