Anyone attempt the attached link to "Turn off automatic root certificate updates" ?

I found the link and wondered if anyone has attempted to apply this change to their environment and any impact good or bad it may have had.

Hi,

I am facing one issue, We disabled internet on SolarWinds servers and since then severs rdp taking too much time to login and not able to login solarwinds console with domain account.

Is this related to Root certificate policy? Right now on servers its showing disabled.

I've had to do that in many environments where we had direct internet access cut off. I remember it helped my page load times but I also made several other changes at the same time.
