Custom Poller In reports

Hi All,

I have a question about the report writer and custom pollers.

I'm using the custom poller from here for APC UPSs, which works perfectly, reporting on various values associated with the UPS.

What I want is a simple audit of UPSs and their serial numbers, so I select Node Name and UpsAdIdentSerialNumber , but it does not provide serial numbers for all of my UPSs, although is does some.

I've checked that when I look at the device itself, there is a serial number discovered by the poller, they just don't all appear in the report.

Hi 

When you created the reports, are they exactly the same, were the custom fields added in which include the serial numbers?
