2020.2.1 Reports and Schedule Manager - Orion Individual Account can no longer generate reports

Hi folks,

Having an issue with generating reports with an Orion Individual Account since upgrading from 2019.4 to 2020.2.1.

We have an account named "OrionReportRunner" which sole purpose is to run scheduled reports in the Schedule Manager.
It was working ok prior to upgrading to 2020.2.1 but the account no longer appears to be able to generate any data in the reports at all.
When logged in as OrionReportRunner, every report through the web console comes back with "No activity to report" and the scheduled reports are empty when they are emailed out.

When logging in as my own AD admin user, I can generate all reports and schedule them with my own account perfectly fine.
The permissions for OrionReportRunner have not changed.
There are no limitations on the reports, or on the accounts.
I have deleted OrionReportRunner and re-created it, and still doesn't generate report data.

Can anyone offer any advice?

I tried it on my system 2020.2.1 and my local user worked fine. I tested it first in the scheduler and then saved the schedule then tried run now and the report was emailed to me with no issue. Did you test the ID in the scheduler yet to make sure it is working? I just used the local user name and password. No domain.

When you received the emailed report, did the report contain any information?

I've tried the ID with the password and its passing the test ok.
The Audit Log i showing the OrionReportRunner user is "logging in" to Orion to run the report successfully.
It just seems to have lost all ability to generate any report data

Yes - recreated the user and no difference

When you log in, do you log in using domain creds? when you log in using the report writer account, is that on the domain? When you upgraded SolarWinds, was anything else upgraded?

When I log in with my own account, it is a domain login - i.e. domain\username
When I log in with the report runner account, it doesnt use a domain as it is local to solarwinds only

Nothing else was upgraded at the time other than Orion itself.
I could create a domain account for running reports, but it wouldn't really answer why the local account stopped working.
