Windows Physical Disk Latency Report

I recently deployed a Windows PerfMon component to get Avg. Disk sec/Read to all my Windows servers. How do I create a report that shows this data for all servers?

"Physical disk performance object -> Avg. Disk sec/Read counter" - Shows the average read latency.

I can't seem to figure out where the data is stored or how to tie it back to the nodes.
