Hi All,
We have a rules in place to trigger CPU alert whenever the Critical Value reached is "yes" or Warning value reached is "yes" with Condition must exist for more than "45" minutes. We are receiving false alerts every now and then randomly. When we checked the performance graph, the spike came somewhere around 45 minutes before the actual alert trigger time. Our statistics polling interval is 10 minutes. So, the nodes have been polled multiple times before the alert was generated and the polled values are less than the threshold values. Please suggest if any of you faced this issue and probable solution for the same
Example of Alert email as below:
"CPU Utilization is over 90% for Node. Please check on this server. Current CPU utilization is 7 %"
