Hi Folks!
I'd like to implement and automation here and I need a help with automatically add some information in an alert when we Ack then.
The whole ideia is make an integration with out ITSM in order to have and Alert in Orion, this alert starts a python script with the information of the node, it sends to ITSM and get the ticket back and put it in the notes field of Alert. Is there any possibility to do that automatically?
