Alert escalation acknowledgement...

Hi,

Is there any way to acknowledge the email escalation without clicking the button of acknowledge alerts on alerts tab(orion web console)? or if we recieved the email alerts it will automatically acknowledge the alerts.

Unless they added it to v10, and I didn't see that on the list of changes - no.
