Hello Everyone,
I'm hoping someone here has ran into the same problem I have and might have some suggestions on how to fix it. We have recently switched over to a cloud based VPN system through Palo Alto. Since we have switched to the new VPN, we are unable to run NetPath tests from agents on computers outside of our network that are connected to this new VPN. Pinging and trace route both work from the computer with agents but NetPath says that it has no data. I have been able to connect to our old VPN that is still in place and NetPath does work when connected it. So I know there is nothing that has been changed in our NetPath configurations. I know that there is something with how we are communicating with this new VPN that is not allowing NetPath to work properly but when talking to the team that supports the VPN they are saying all traffic is being allowed so it can't be that. If anyone else has ran into this problem or has any suggestions please let me know. If you have questions about any of our systems I will try to answer what I can. All our SW systems are up to date with the latest software versions and patches.
