Hi, I have an odd problem within my Orion Deployment that I am unsure where the underlying issue is or how to fix this (I've tried most text book solutions). on the deployment page the following pages do not load and show error 404: * Deployment Health * Updates and Evaluation * Diagnostics I have ran the following checks: * Checked for any blocks internally from our Firewall (No issue found) * Re-ran the config wizard (multiple times)... Not fixed * Rebuilt the IIS webpage content manually... Not fixed * Checked SSL bindings on IIS are correct... No issues found (configured currently for duel 80,443... Wanting to resolve the following webpage error prior to disabling access via 80) * All other pages and modules load without any errors in data This deployment of Orion has just been manually updated from 2019.4 to 202.2.1 so cannot understand as to why the additional deployment pages are not working within the environment. Any help is appreciated here! attachments.zip

My Orion Deployment Error 404

Hi,

I have an odd problem within my Orion Deployment that I am unsure where the underlying issue is or how to fix this (I've tried most text book solutions).

on the deployment page the following pages do not load and show error 404:

Deployment Health
Updates and Evaluation
Diagnostics

I have ran the following checks:

Checked for any blocks internally from our Firewall (No issue found)
Re-ran the config wizard (multiple times)... Not fixed
Rebuilt the IIS webpage content manually... Not fixed
Checked SSL bindings on IIS are correct... No issues found (configured currently for duel 80,443... Wanting to resolve the following webpage error prior to disabling access via 80)
All other pages and modules load without any errors in data

This deployment of Orion has just been manually updated from 2019.4 to 202.2.1 so cannot understand as to why the additional deployment pages are not working within the environment.

Have you logged a case with support? I have seen this behavior with manually configured SSL settings, the solution was to run the Configuration Wizard and on the page with Website settings select the option 'Use HTTPS encryption'

Thanks for the response... I have not yet got this as a CASE with support (There are other platform issues - I will get this added to the list).

Interesting that you mention about using the HTTPS encryption method and it works... Would I have to setup a HTTPS version for the website (443)? ... Or would I be able to tick the option and bypass, as currently it is only operating on the standard HTTP port (80).

Sounds like a good case for support, but is also worth mentioning that a lot of odd web site behavior is often resolved by simply re-running the configuration wizard for the web site.

As an aside, here's a big +1 for configuring SSL for your site.
