after upgrade to orion 2019.2 i get performance can't establish in my orion web

after upgrading to Orion 2019.2 and it has been running for several months I get unstable website performance, in some menus there is an operation time running out and rendering failures in several events
I have opened the case to the principle and have deleted the .mq file

but the problem still occurs.
for temporary repair I restarted the Orion service. but it is impossible to restart the service every day.
