False reboot alert for Cisco appliance server in console. please advise.

Hi,

we are monitoring the Cisco appliance server in solarwinds console with SNMP polling method. every two days we have received reboot false alert in console but we checked the server logs not available (no reboot events). how to fix this problem. please advise

If it's a linux based appliance, check the last time the SNMP process restarted.

I see this when a CheckPoint firewall or F5 device restarts it's SNMPd process, it's a legacy thing from Cisco switches where if the SNMP process restarted then it must of rebooted.

Thanks for update. it is Cisco SecureAccess Control System server. we need to change the any MIB. it is showing system up time. 0 showing in pollerchecker tool.exe. which SNMP version supported. mean while we will check the support team.
