We are preparing the capacity utilization report based on the average and max values of the In/Out bandwidth utilization for a month which are available fields for reporting through Web Based model.
But now our requirement is to create a report with the percentile value of the In/Out bandwidth.
We have seen that there are default reports at Solarwinds for percentile values but the reports are not showing the desired output.
1. There are web based reports 90/95/99th Percentile Traffic Rate (Last Month/Last 7 days) which shows us the percentile of the Maximum values.

2. There are reports created at Report Writer 95th Percentile Traffic Rate (Last Month/This Month/Last 7 days) which is not running any output.
Hence I request a help on the percentile report which help us with the capacity utilization percentile value for capacity analysis. Like for the sites which are less utilized that can be down graded and the sites which are high utilized can be upgraded base on the same report.
