Need to enable traps over discard rule

Hi All

is there any method to create a rule for receiving traps for specific community string even when the discard rule is enabled. Or else can be discard all the traps accept for the one for which we have specific community string.

Please let me know because this is urgent requirement.

Hi himanshu_ranjan,

Rules are applied sequentially, so you could have a rule that says "if this is met then save" followed by a rule that discards everything that is left. The process is similar across both the Trap Viewer & Log Analyser although the steps are different.
