Servicenow instance showing unknown status

Hi All,

I have tested the solarwinds and servicenow instance connection in soalrwinds and it's working fine , but in the servicenow instance page the instance is showing in unknown status. Could anyone please help me to resolve this.

When I was adding our instance, it did something similar (I can't remember if it was this exact problem) and I had to uninstall the app, and then reinstall it for some reason (on the ServiceNow side).

I am also facing same issue after upgrade to Orion2020.2. I did re-installation of app in servincenow dev instance and added it again but still facing the unknown status issue.

Working with solarwinds support but i am not sure why they saying issue with SNOW when we have not done any changes in snow side. Sharing again diagnostics logs with them.
