Custom HTML Serial Number Variable

I've made a custom HTML widget for a device summary, but I can't find the appropriate variable to display serial numbers from either ASA's or Cisco Routers/Switches. I've tried ${SerialNumber}, ${Serial}, etc but they don't return anything. I see the serial exposed under Orion.ASA.Node and Orion.ASA.System as well but maybe I'm not using the correct variable? Tried support first, but they say they can't provide that and to try here. (Good to see that support contract working). Thanks.

The node details page can only use variables that exist on the nodes database view, since the data you want doesn't exist on that tablet it can't be called from a simple variable like that. You could probably get what you want by using a custom query or custom table widget since those can navigate and pull data from other tables.

ServiceTag FROM APM_HardwareInfo - Serial Number

Model FROM APM_HardwareInfo - Model
