I'm testing out the functionality of this feature (this is not a question for maintenance etc)
When this option is selected and I have the notification to show all trigger actions are paused. Alerts are still triggered when I cause objects to breach trigger conditions.
Is this normal behavior? I feel integrated ITSM applications will raise incidents based on this
