Create a graph/lists showing anyconnect users which has the maximum connections using Python Script

Hi All,
I have a python script that will get the details of any connect users' details using sh vpn- anyconnect command and scrape the output for usernames and IP address, check the sh conn of the Cisco ASA and finds out which IP is using the maximum connections.
I wanted to check if it is possible in solar winds to create a graph/lists using this python script.
If not, any other possible way we can achieve this.

You should be able to use a Windows Script Monitor in SAM, there are a lot of really great threads and articles here on THWACK and in the Success Center that go into more detail. I've never touched Python so I can't help you much more than that, but I know there are lots of others here who could help if you don't find the answers you're looking for.

You may also want to try posting your question to the SAM forum, it'll get more visibility there

There is already a native integration with Cisco ASA's that does basically all the things you described, no scripting required.

Is there a way which we can use to check which VPN IP address is taking the maximum connections by looking into the sh conn on Cisco ASA?

Generally, show conn will show multiple connection for a single IP address. So, it needs to be added up to see which IP is using the maximum connection.

Seems like it might be possible, but i don't have access to the ASA itself to confirm what I'm seeing in the database.

From a quick glance it looks like maybe this would get what you are asking

SELECT ras.node.Caption, UserName, IPAddress, count(SessionIndex) as sessions
FROM Orion.ASA.RemoteAccessSessions ras
where disconnectedtime is null

group by ras.node.Caption, UserName, IPAddress

but that may need some tweaks to align it with what you see in the CLI. I'd suggest you install swql studio and may need to experiment with the query a bit to make sure it is showing what you are asking.
