FEATURE REQUEST - Implement poller for REST checks in NPM

Hi,

on some network devices some of the information are only available when you request the information via REST API. It is not possible to retreive the information using SNMP. It would be great to have the ability to send REST checks. If the reply returns a non-expected value it should be possible to generate an alert.
