System Default Property = Location - Feild in SQL keeps getting deleted

Question

We have over 1000 Nodes that have taken the Location field in the SQL database correctly. We have 1 agent that resides on Orion server itself that will take the change in the database and then delete the change in the next poll cycle. SNMP is not running and I can not find any documentation on where you can add the LOCATION in the AGENT settings. This is a Windows 2019 Standard Server and the Agent version is 2.3.0.1415.

Any help on getting this out of UNKNOWN would be greatly appreciated.

Since location is a polled value if you try to manually set it in the db then it will eventually be overwritten.

In my experience I have noticed Orion overwrites the location field with whatever data is returned when it polls that object. For example if I set a UPS in Orion with  long name location like 1234 Fourteenth Street, and the tech set the Location the UPS to Closet 132 in the UPS itself then next time the node gets polled it will overwrite what I had put into Orion. I got around this by creating a custom property called Physical_Location which Orion does not overwrite.
