While monitoring VPN remote access tunnels, we noticed that some users' tunnels were not being reported on the dashboard and in the generated reports. Upon further investigation, we noted that ONLY those users whose accounts IDs are numerical in active directory are never reported and all other users who have alphanumeric or alphabetical usernames ALL appear in the dashboard and reports.
Anyone else faced this issue? I have opened support case for this with Solarwinds with NO resolution till now.
