Dameware screen does not fit

Hello,

we use Dameware 11 on approximatively 350 computers.

i got a problem on some of them (3-4)

the remote screen in the dameware soft doesn't fit and mouse are not well positioning so cannot help client

but in administrator it works perfectly the problem appears just into the user profile.

anyone have an idea ??

Before connecting to the user have you tried to restore default settings to see if it will fix this?

So select your saved connection, click the 'Default' button and try to connect to the user again.

I have to agree with gus@, I had the same issue, but when i restored the default setting right before connecting to the user, I did not have the screen sizing issue.
