Hi Team
I have few nodes where Agent is working and I am getting data for disk usage and latency but CPU/memory data is not displaying.
Please let me know how to resolve this issue.
Thanks
Prashant
1. Rebuild the performance counter with following command: lodctr /r
cd %windir%\system32\lodctr /Rcd %windir%\sysWOW64\lodctr /R
C:\>lodctr /r
Info: Successfully rebuilt performance counter setting from system backup storeC:\>
and
2. update registry setting as shown below by updating value disable Performance Counter to 0.
3. Verify that data is displayed in Perfom.exe
Is this for servers or network devices?
If for network devices that usually happens when a firewall rule is blocking connections to the device.
Do you have it set to connect via wmi? if so there is probably a connection profile not set right either on solarwinds SAM or the box itself.
We run wmi and its fails out often when the connection profile account password gets locked out.
I would recommend using agents over wmi polling. They are better.
I am using agent, test is successful.
I am able to select cpu/memory from list resources.
But ths issue is that cpu/memory data is not displayed.
I tried the steps in following link but unable to fix.

For getting performance counters for network interfaces, update 'DisablePerformanceCounter' entry to 0 on following path:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Performance
