solarwinds Orion report writer interface order error

Hi all,

I am new to solarwinds Orion.
This is the case, our company will produce a pdf file edited by report writer every day.
But I don't know what the reason is. Fixed the pdf file produced every Tuesday, some interface orders will be wrong, and other days are indeed normal.
Later, a report writer on solarwinds Web added a new pdf file, but the result is still the same, the interface order will still be wrong.

We opened a ticket to ask Solarwinds. They told us to use NPM web to make a new report as well. I will try to use Advanced DataBase Query (SQL, SWQL) to make a report. I think you can copy the query from report writer and edit it on NPM web. If I find a way to solve this, I will tell you. Thanks.

We also use NPM 12.3.
The interface order error also began on March 10
Asking the original manufacturer to explain that only using REPORT WRITER in solarwinds Web to add a file result is still not good, I do n’t know if there is a master here to answer, thank you.

We've had the same problem since March 10th. still don't know why.  We use NPM 12.3.

Can I ask since when you've had this problem?
