ALERT: Node is Unknown

I am configuring alerts for nodes that are within a group and everything is fine when one of the node goes down and when a node comes back up again, but the message that arrives is as follows:

in the same way the message of comes back up is:

ALERT: Node is Unknown

I have tried modifying the variables in different ways and I am not getting the desired result. What I need to get to the mail is:

ALERT: Node TEST is Down

RESET: Node TEST is Up.

Node was down for 9 minutes.

Very simple, But it's not working.

I appreciate the help you can give me.

Could you post the alert logic / trigger condition? Is that issue only happening on one node or multiple? Is it from a true alert or are you simulating the action?

Also can you please post the Reset action message with alert variable you configured.
