Unexpected Website Error Unable to get discovery results

New to Solarwinds here. In Network Sonar Discovery, when I click on the Scheduled Discovery Results tab, I get "Unexpected Website Error. Unable to get discovery result" See attached. It used to work. Can someone point me in the direction of how to fix this?

I just had the same issue with our installation, only the discovery results tab would generate the error. Turns out there were a lot of failed delivery attempts in the subscription table that caused the issue. Cleared the subscriptions table, restarted all SW services on main poller and APE's. This occurred after upgrading from 2019.4 HF5 to 2020.2 HF1. Hope this information helps:

Troubleshooting / Actions Performed:
- HA is disabled globally
- checked website error logs

Message: Unable to get discovery results.
The socket connection was aborted. This could be cause by an error processing your message or a recieve timeout being exceeded by the remote host, or an underlying network resources issue. Local socket timeout was '00:05:00'.

- checked OrionWeb logs

ERROR SolarWinds.Orion.Web.UI.Localizer.LocalizerHttpHandler - (nul) Error changing thread's culture:System.Globalization.CultureNotFoundException: Culture is not supported

- checked BusinessLayerHost logs

Make sure all Plugins are started

- checked CoreBusinessLayer logs

ERROR SolarWinds.Orion.Core.Common.CoreErrorHandler - (null) Error occured on Business Layer call. Type: System.InsufficientMemoryException
Message: 'Failed to allocate a manged memory buffer of 134217728 bytes. The amount of memory may be low'
Data: 'System.Collections.ListDictionaryInternal'

- set the Business Layer to load plugins in a separate processes (this was changed to fix an issue with netperfmon service crashing and restarting)
- checked Orion.Information.Service logs

WARN SolarWinds.Orion.Web.DAL.MembershipAccountDAL - (null) (null) Unable to loaf settings for user "domain\username" (we had an invalid user account here)

- checked SW Information Service (SWIS) subscriptions table

saw a lot of failed delivery attempts

- Stopped all Orion services using Orion service manager on all Orion servers including APEs and HA servers
- cleared SWIS subscriptions table
- Started all Orion services using Orion service manager on all Orion servers including APEs and HA servers
