I hope everyone is doing well during these bizarre COVID-19 times we find ourselves living through.
Something I've noticed when working with alerts - when modifying existing alerts they sometimes don't seem to work after I save my changes. A workaround I've found is to select the alert I just modified and then choose Duplicate & Edit and simply change the name of the new alert. I then disable the old alert and then enable the new alert and it starts working.
Just thought I'd share.
