NCM connection refuse error

Hi All,

I am new in solarwinds, trying to download config file in device end its showing connection refuse.

Before that I have applied connection profile and Device Template to devices and test was successful, while downloading config file its showing connection refused.

Even i tested my device SNMP credential it was also test successful.

Please help me on this, what are the possibilities to get the config file download.

On the edit node page/edit properties (from NCM Config Management), expand your test to show the login sequence. There is a minimum set of lines returned that is used to determine if you have a valid login/config and if this setting is minimalized/reduced or a device has a long error sequence the system will show a good test even on a botched login. I have come across a few devices over the years that give a green result on the test even though it failed the login with the default setting at 11 lines.

I would start there, and if you still have errors showing verify the commands by editing the NCM device template. 

Can you also tell us what type of device is failing?
