Good morning friends. I am having trouble with an inventory report I have been asked to generate. Currently we generate a list of network nodes and equipment every month which is OK. This customer has a large network and a lot of the offices are scattered all over the US. What they are asking for is if the same report can be generated but this time with the name of the office and its mailing address.....
Should look some this
Name of Business
Address Line-1
Address Line-2
City, State Zip
.................... Network devices at location
All of the information is in our database as custom properties. For example one custom property for name, one custom property for address line 1 ect... The information is used in my 'Node Details' view which is why they are asking for it in the inventory report. I can get a report to run and list equipment for a specific business name but I can't get the entire address to print like shown above..... gggrrrrrrrr
Has anyone else tried to do this? If so have you been successful? Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated....
