Hi everyone,
I am new to NTM because I had no use of it until now, well I was informed that NTM can provide a solution for me but would like to confirm if it can or not, and if this is the only solution or if there are alternatives. What I'm trying to do is create line graphs displaying pathways between 2 nodes. For example, I have a routing protocol between 2 routers (let's call them Router A and Router
and in-between these 2 routers there are other devices (routers, switches, etc.). I would like to graph the route from Router A with IP Address xx.xx.xx.xx on interface xx to Router B's IP address on interface xx. I would like the graph to also show both layer 2 and layer 3 pathways, primary routes/secondary routes/tertiary routes, and all interfaces involved.
At first I thought Netpath was the way to go because it graphs in detail the pathway of exactly what I'm looking for; it shows the pathway it took and all other alternative paths in can take, but Netpath does not graph between 2 devices how I'm asking above. Can anyone help?
