Can anyone help me, how can I get interface transmit and receive report for Specific nodes and specific interface (not all interface of the node).

This is more of a NTA report. SO when you create the report instead of node select interface and search for the specific interface you are wanting to pull a report on. Of course this will work if you have netflow configured to monitor on those specific interfaces.
If it is just transmit and receive utilization then we can get that in NPM itself right.
The easiest way is to create a Custom Table report for 'Interface' using the advanced query builder. Build out to choose the node details and interface details that you want to report on. no Rx/Tx details here, just the basic filter down details to show the entities you want.
On the table build (when you select your columns for display), add the Node caption, Interface caption and Interface 'Received bps' & Percent Utilization, as well as 'Transmit bps' & percent utilization
These columns to add can be found on the initial load of the 'Add column' pop up, or by navigating to the Interface sub-table of 'Interface Traffic History'

@alansmith Yes, I am looking for netflow report for specific interface, and specific nodes not all node. I have attached below screenshot i need those details for few specific nodes.

Correct, but if you want conversations you need Netflow on the interface.
So with this do you have extensible netflow configured on the interface you need to pull this data from? If not you will need to build that onto the interface first.
If this is done go make a new custom table report, select Specific object, select interfaces from the drop down, then search for the interface/interfaces you want to report on. This will give you the specific interface and or interfaces you are wanting to run/gather information on.
The steps after this are the same as any other report just by editing your tables for specific information you want to gather (IE top xx conversation, Bytes used, etc)

@alansmith Yes, netflow is configured on selected interface, while selecting specific object. In table layout section i'm confused which data need to selected in column section . Could you please help me , i need this data to display in my report
