Hi.
I have two nodes: node1 and node2 and node1 is a parent of node2. Dependency is user-defined.
I made an alert for node2. It send's me e-mail when node2 became Down. Condition is simple, you can see screenshot below.
So, when I press "Alerts On Child" button I expect to see this alert. But I get empty:
Also, when I check dependency settings, I get "0 alerts":
Why?
