Pdf Reports that send by email are blank

Hello.

It seems after the issue started after i did update to 2019.4 version .

I get all my pdf reports as blank pages.

After i did update to 2020.2 it got fixed.

I suggest to do the update if you can.

I'd suggest creating a ticket on this.. however some quick triage in the 'C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\OrionWebPdf.log' may shed light on the issue you're having.

There is nothing wrong in the log file.

What was the fix for this issue? I just upgraded to 2020.2.1 and have several pdf reports showing up blank, and there is nothing the C:\ProgramData\SolarWinds\Logs\Orion\OrionWebPdf.log file. Appreciate any help.

Any fix for this issue? I recently updated to 2020.2.4 and have the same issue.
