Is there a way to view SNMP Traps alerts on the Web Console...

Question

Does anybody know of a way to get trap alerts created with the Trap Viewer that is on the main Orion server to show up in the Web console. I am on platform 2017.3.5 ( please be kind...we will be updating to the latest in a week). Thanks.

i guess if you were really hardcore about it you could set up your own db table and cook up some kind of external script that you would call to have them write up some kind of alert rule action log, but that's maybe pretty heavy customization. for something that is already a solved issue in current releases.

Unfortunately on that old version the syslog/trap viewer based alerts don't integrate at all with the web console.  You can see the events themselves but none of the actions are recorded.
