Hey community-
We've got about 200 maps in Atlas right now. Does anyone know if it's possible to create folders under the Maps list to help us organize the large number?

There is no mechanism for that built in. Whenever I have worked with large sets of Atlas diagrams I've just had to rely on map naming conventions to keep things organized.
Probably also worth keeping in mind that atlas diagrams are on the way out in favor of the newer Orion web based maps, so if youhave a big collection you might want to start thinking about which ones will need to be transitioned over eventually. Past experience indicates that there will probably not be any kind of migration tool available.

The Orion Maps Editor also includes a search and other filter options which may help out as well.
