Hello THWACK Community, I hope you are all doing well.
I have recently been asked to provide a daily email of our Vpn user statistics.
I create the report, I sent the report from our internal mail relay,
People get their reports. (Seems pretty straightforward)
However....
When i go to forward the email i get denied. Here is why
When the report it generated, It not only includes the inline images in the email,
But also many (3 to 15) ".bin" attachments are attached in the email
When i go tot forward this email through office365, I get an "undeliverable"
because of the .bin attachments
PDF is not a desired option
I have tried every combination on the report "configure Action:email"
to send the inline images... but the .bin files are attached
when i spoke to tech support the answer was "That's just the way it is"
and said that its related to our mail provider "outlook.office365.com"
That seems like a pretty dismissive answer,
We know that images can be forwarded in line and not need .bin file attachments
So Thwack...
Can you help with checking to see if anyone knows a way/hack to get these images sent out without attaching the.bin files?
I am ready to hear any options. I may not be able to do some..but the more choices the better..
