Scheduled report not obeying account limitation

We are running 2019.4 (Orion Platform HF4)

For over a year we have had scheduled reports generated with account limitations for what the report will contain of info. The accounts used are Orion individual accounts which has an account limitation set to our Custom property Virksomhet (location). This has worked flawlessly until for a while ago.

Now generated reports with these account limitations no longer obey the account limitation. The report contains info about every node in SolarWinds!

I have confirmed that the account limitation on the accounts actually works by logging into the accounts in the web console, and surely enough, only the nodes limited to the current user are shown.

I have also tested to create a completely new Orion individual account with an account limitation of "Single Network Node" and the effect on the reports are the same, limitations are not obeyed...

I have also confirmed that it is not a problem with my report or my schedule, since i created a completely new report with just the "Down nodes" view and created a new scheduler with account limitation to the completely new user i have already confirmed working. Still the report generated does not obey account limitations.

What is going on? Why is this happening?

I opened a ticket with customer support. After quite a while with screen share, sending them logfiles etc, they finally figured out there is a bug in theire 3rd party component used for PDF. They asked me to do the following, which solved it:

1. Download wkhtmltopdf (http://wkhtmltopdf.org/) and install to any folder, such as the default Program Files folder on the C drive.
   When referencing the default installation location, you must reference the EXE file in /bin (C:\Program Files\wkhtmltopdf\bin\).
   
   
2. Execute following sql script against the Orion database in SQL Management Studio:

UPDATE [dbo].[WebSettings]

SET SettingValue= 'C:\Program Files\wkhtmltopdf\bin\wkhtmltopdf.exe'

where SettingName = 'PdfExport_PrimaryEnginePath'

UPDATE [dbo].[WebSettings]

SET SettingValue= '--margin-bottom 0 --margin-left 0 --margin-right 0 --margin-top 0 --no-stop-slow-scripts --javascript-delay 120000 ${URL} ${PDFFileNamePath}'

where SettingName = 'PdfExport_PrimaryEngineArgsPattern'

     3. Restart the Orion services.
