Service Now Integration with solarwinds

HI all,

we have recently integrated solarwinds with service now, we are able to generate INC successfully in service now. but when the alert has gone, INC in service now should get closed, but its not happening.

DO i need to add reset action or something else.

Can some one help me to resolve this issue.

In the ServiceNow Action you created, there is a section for State Management:

have you managed to resolve your issue? there are some initial configurations before deploying the integration. i, myself, have gone through this case 3 times so far - for diff. clients. in 2 of the 3 instances, I've used an external provider to help us with the connections and synchronization between the two systems - zigiops. no idea what your plans are, but you may just look up at that too, as an option.
