What's the recommended Azure instance for scalability engine:
1. functions as polling engine and NTA
2. web server
On Solarwinds reference guide for Multi-module system guidelines for the Orion Platform, there's only one recommendation for Orion Server (Primary and APE), does it mean the system requirements for the APE and Web Server is just the same?
