I have installed the latest version of OpenManage server administrator on our Poweredge server and can now see fan, CPU, etc information but I am unable to see anything for the PERC controller. I have tried setting the polling method as WMI and SNMP as I have enabled both of these duiring the OSMA installtion and also forced a refresh while in list resources.
Is there an option or setting I have missed?
