Interface Monthly Report Values not tying up

Hope all is well

I have generated a report which gives me the previous months' utilization of our backup lines when they are in use. We have 100's of interfaces and i know alot of them get used during the month, when there is a primary line outage. My question is, that alot of the values are zero when the report runs, and was wondering if this is due to my database settings for interfaces. If someone could check my settings attached and let me know if i have them set correctly? Reports are scheduled to run the 1st of every month.

I've never set the retention up with the hourly values being a shorter duration than the detailed values, I'm curious what the effect is. In my head I would hope it means you have detailed data for the 60 days, then it ultimately gets rolled directly to daily values but I could also imagine that it might behave in other ways. If you make a chart of a specific interface transmit history and set it to have hourly granularity going back 90 days what does it look like? Don't use perfstack for this because perfstack doesn't actually let you see when there are data gaps, use the custom chart widget.
