Suggested Upgrade Path: 8.5.1 --> 9.0 & New Hardware

Hi,

Orion (+ old AM) is currently running on a rather old box an I'd like to move it to another server. I also would like to upgrade to v9.

The database is on a central DB-Server.

What would be the best way to Upgrade?

- Upgrade to 9.0 on the old Server

- Setup the new one (Other Hostname, other IP)

- Convert Licenses

- Install Orion on the new server (connect to existing DB)

- change IP of the new Server

Set up the new install and copy the old DB over then point the configuration wizard to it.
