We were running V9.5 of NPM. I have been trying to get a customer report to display the serial numbers of a router (UDP MIB). We have 2 NPM servers. I can get this to work on one with no problem. The other on I can not get to work. When I create the report the "Field Formatting" tab is blanks even thought I have ~10 fields selected.
I then copied the custom (serial.report) form the server it works to the one that doesn't. I can now get the "Field Formatting" tab to fill in and when I run the report all fields are there except for the UDP (Status) field.
I have tried creating this report many ways with the same results. It seems to be a problem with the report writer. I can manually run the UDP manually and it gets the results. I am also posting the UDP results to the node details pages and its there.
This same report works on our other server.
I tried upgrading to V10 last night and it still does not work.
Any ideas?
