Hi all, I have had an issue with two Windows systems that replicate MongoDB and network latency due to the path through the network. Wondering what approach I might take in Solarwinds to Monitor this. Off top of my head:
- Netpath polling one of the systems from our single poller rcksys601?
- Possible to alert on latency as detected by NetPath?
- Agent based monitoring
- Ping monitor or look into MongoDB to see if it monitors this at the app layer?
- IPSLA on Cisco router nearest devices
- Simple agent response time ?
Any ideas most welcome
