How to Display Powershell Script Output as a Custom Table ?

Hi,

How to display a Power shell Script Output that returns say 3 values:

1) Preferably: As a "Custom Table" to be added to my NOC view ?
2) Eventually: As a "User Link" that can execute this script.ps1 passed in the URL as argument
