issue adding node to NPM

Hello ,

Dears could help , as i have ONPM 9.5 SP2 and while adding a node it doesn't appear at Orion network performance monitor manager.

hint : the Database is located at remote server with SQL2008 server.

Can you see the Node added in the database?Pull up the Nodes table and look for it.

If the Node is in there then we should be able to get it on the GUI.Let us know the results.

thanks for your reply , the strange thing is the nodes exist in both WEB and the Database node table but it doesn't appear in Orion Network Performance Monitor Console , and another strange thing when expand any nodes already exist to see its resources and interfaces it also doesn't appear !!

so please advise

This isn't looking good.Running the configuration wizard can possibly fix the issue.However I would recommend to open a support ticket so that we can look in deeper and see what has caused the problem.

Please refer this thwack post in the support ticket.Feel free to post the ticket# back in this thread and the solution which should be a great help for the users of this community.
