We've had APM and NTA for sometime and it's all working fine, however I noticed on our portal that the license code is still showing with a status of Unregistered. Is this correct or should I be entering this somewhere?

Are you evaluating these products? If not, how long have you been seeing this message? If you are not evaluating them, did you already register them?

No these products are in production and I've only seen these 0 usage counts since we upgraded from 9.5.1 to version 10.x (we also went to the latest version of APM and NTA at the same time).
The license manager shows the products but the maintenance date is November 2010 whereas NPM is November 2011.
I'll let Customer Service know about this as they handle licensing issues and they will contact you.
You are still able to use the products with no problems, right? If that changes, open a support ticket.

A case has now been opened with support. The product is working as it should, its just the license info on the portal and on the License Manager that's not correct.
