False Alerts on NPM Reboot

Does SolarWinds currently have any ways to combat issues surrounding alerts being generated upon the restart of a SolarWinds poller (due to say Windows Updates)?

Currently if our poller restarts then this will cause say 1 or 2 alerts due to devices not responding quick enough when the polling service starts again - so we must actively disable all alert actions before rebooting the server.

 This causes an additional workload that could well be avoided if there was a way of making Orion delay all actions following a poller restart by say 2 minutes.

I deal with this issue as well.  Each time I need to do a reboot on the Orion servers I need to disable the alerts.  During bootup I can see anything from 2 - 20 nodes that originally show as Down, and then they come up within 30 seconds, which of course would trigger alerts.  A better way to avoid this would be nice.  Perhaps telling Orion not to poll for 1-2 minutes after the OS boots?
