Solarwinds Orion Family is a great product out of the box with many tools and functionalities.
To extend those possibilities, it’s also nice to be able to do some Integration with other tools like :
- Sending SMS from Orion to a SMS Appliance allowing to manage users and shift periods.
- Send/Receive Alerts from other Network Monitoring Solutions to use Orion as a central platform or display complementary information
